Anant Ambani seen in his Rs 9 crore Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead convertible [Video]

When the Ambani family decides to go somewhere, it becomes a spectacle to watch. This is because the family travels in a convoy of some of the most expensive and rare luxury cars in the country. What’s even more interesting is that even their security personnel travel in ultra-expensive luxury SUVs and are seen blocking the traffic for the family’s ease of movement. Recently, a few members of the family were seen on the roads of Mumbai, and this time around, one of the rarest cars from their collection, the Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead Convertible, was also seen.

The video of the Ambani family convoy has been shared on YouTube by CS 12 Vlogs on their channel. It starts off with a Bentley Flying Spur and a few security Range Rovers and Discovery 4 SUVs. Following this, the first family member, Aakash Ambani, is seen in his Green Bentley Bentayga SUV, which is also headed and followed by a number of security vehicles. Apart from Aakash Ambani’s Bentley, there was also the Mercedes-Benz S-Guard W221 S600 sedan, which was previously used by Mukesh Ambani and then Nita Ambani.

Now, who exactly was inside this bulletproof Mercedes is currently unknown. This particular car comes with a VR9 level ballistic protection rating that can save the occupants from direct IED blasts. The car gets other safety features, including run-flat tires as well. It comes powered by a V12, twin-turbocharged engine that generates a maximum of 517 Bhp and peak torque of 830 Nm. This sedan was then followed by a few more Range Rover Vogue security team cars and a few Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG SUVs.

Soon after these security cars, Anant Ambani was seen being driven in his super rare and expensive Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead Convertible two-door sedan. The youngest son of Mukesh Ambani has been seen in this particular car on multiple occasions. The Phantom Drophead Convertible is one of 6 cars that were brought to India. It is finished in a classy shade of white and gets a red roof and chrome alloy wheels. It comes powered by a 6.8-litre V12 turbocharged petrol engine that produces a maximum power of 460 Bhp and peak torque of 720 Nm. It still remains as the most expensive convertible car in India at Rs 9 crore.

Anant Ambani’s Cullinan

Apart from the Rolls Royce Phantom DHC, Anant was followed by his Rolls Royce Cullinan, which is the most expensive Cullinan in their collection. This particular car has been specially ordered by the family and features a Rs 1 crore paint job. It is finished in a shade of Tuscan Sun yellow color and features other exclusive custom options, which in total bring the cost of this Cullinan to around Rs 13.14 crore.

This SUV comes powered by a massive 6.75-liter twin-turbocharged V12 petrol engine that generates 571 PS of maximum power and 850 Nm of maximum torque. This engine comes mated to an 8-speed ZF automatic transmission that propels the vehicle to a top speed of 250 km/h. This is not the only Cullinan that the family owns. There are a total of five Cullinans, all finished in different colors that are part of the family.
