It is not hard to find people being careless or reckless on Indian roads. It is not something to flaunt, but sadly, that is the truth. People often take traffic rules lightly and deliberately disregard basic civic sense. This often leads to accidents, and we have featured such cases on our website several times. Here, we have a video of an incident from Madhya Pradesh where a biker narrowly avoided an accident with a negligent woman who, in frustration, ended up damaging his motorcycle.
The video has been shared by Bhopal Moto Vlog on their YouTube channel. This is, in fact, a short video of the incident that the vlogger has posted online. In this video, we see a woman shouting at the biker, and the angry woman is seen breaking the side fairing of the biker’s KTM RC 390.
The rider, who was recording the whole incident on his helmet camera, mentions that it was the woman who was crossing the road carelessly and he was only trying to save her. However, the woman had a different story.
She says that she was crossing the road when a cattle came onto the road. The biker narrowly avoided hitting both the cattle and the woman crossing the road. The biker did not hit the woman, and he stopped the bike to check if she was fine.
However, the woman was frustrated by the way the biker zoomed past her and was very angry with him. When the biker returned, she engaged in a confrontation and started shouting at him. Soon things got out of hand, and the woman started damaging the bike.
When she realized her arguments were not provoking the biker in any manner, she decided to break the side fairing of the KTM RC 390. The woman can be heard saying that the biker was traveling at high speed, and if he had hit her, she could have been seriously injured.
The woman damaged the fairing, and the biker kept saying that she didn’t do the right thing by damaging his vehicle. As they were arguing on a public road, locals soon gathered around to check what was happening. A biker passing through the road put the blame on the vlogger even though he did not witness the incident.
The other biker told the vlogger that he should have been a lot more careful. When the woman heard this, she raised her voice again and started arguing with the biker.
One of them even asked the biker to take the bike to the nearest police station and get the issue settled. The biker explained the whole scenario to an old man who asked why the fairing was lying on the road.
He told the man that the angry woman damaged the bike even though it never touched her. It should be noted that the KTM RC 390 was the biker’s private property. Regardless of the difficulty of the situation, it is important for individuals to refrain from taking matters into their own hands and causing harm to the property of others involved in accidents.
