Displacing 2,755cc, the turbocharged diesel motor of Fortuner New Model 2024 produces 201 bhp and 500 Nm paired to a 6-speed automatic gearbox. The engine features a new 48-volt mild hybrid system. 2.0-litre turbo-petrol

This engine debuts on the Toyota Fortuner 2024 for the new generation model. Displacing 1,998cc the four-cylinder turbo-petrol produces 235 bhp and 400 Nm when paired to the automatic transmission. It focuses more on outright performance rather than efficiency. This petrol engine option finally gives customers an alternative to diesel for the new Fortuner 2024.

The New Toyota Fortuner 2024 is expected to have its India launch by mid-2024. Prices are expected to see a significant increase over the current model considering the extensive upgrades.

Expect Fortuner prices to start from Rs. 32 lakh and range up to Rs. 48 lakh (ex-showroom) for the range-topping trim.
