Malayalam Actor Prithviraj Buys Rs 2.75 Crore Porsche 911 GT3 Touring [Video]

The Malayalam superstar Prithviraj Sukumaran, whom we all know for his amazing acting skills, is also a true automotive aficionado. Over the years, he has bought himself some of the most popular luxury and expensive cars. Most recently, the actor bought himself a brand-new Porsche 911 GT3 worth Rs 2.75 crore. What’s more interesting is that he has gone with the Touring Package instead of the one with the massive wing. This particular model also comes with the extremely sought-after six-speed gated manual transmission.

The video of Prithviraj taking delivery of his brand-new Porsche 911 GT3 Touring has been shared on Instagram. It comes courtesy of Porsche India and Porsche Centre Kochi. In this short video, first the car is shown getting out of the trailer. It was completely covered in protective covering, which it gets from the factory in Germany.

Following this, the video shows Prithviraj’s 911 GT3 Touring getting ready for delivery. After this, the actor arrives at the scenic lakeside location chosen for his supercar’s delivery. It can be noted that he arrived to take the delivery of his Porsche 911 GT3 Touring with his wife Supriya Menon.

After this, he can be seen getting handed the keys to his new Rs 2.75 crore supercar. His wife was also presented with a massive bouquet. The video then shows a glimpse of the Porsche 911 from various angles. The actor and his wife can be seen thoroughly enjoying the delivery experience of this beautiful supercar.

Prithviraj’s Porsche 911 GT3 Touring

As mentioned, the actor has gone with the rarer version of the Porsche 911 GT3 Touring. This particular model ditches the massive swan neck rear wing, which comes with the standard GT3. Also, it can be noted that Prithviraj has chosen a stunning green color with bronze wheels.

We are not sure, but this color could either be the Aventurine Green or the Malachite Green Metallic. Both of these are special Porsche PTS (Paint to Sample) colors. This means that they are optional colors for which the company charges extra.

On the inside, it can be noted the actor has gone with an equally beautiful spec. He has chosen the dual-tone interior package with a tan and black combination. The main attraction of the interior of Prithviraj’s Porsche 911 GT3 Touring is its 6-speed gated manual transmission.

Porsche 911 GT3 Touring: Details

The Porsche 911 GT3 Touring comes powered by a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine. This engine is capable of delivering an impressive 502 horsepower and 470 Nm of torque. This powerplant propels the car from 0 to 100 kmph in a blistering 3.2 seconds, with a top speed of around 317 kmph. Apart from Prithviraj, Bollywood superstar Sunny Deol also owns a Gentian Blue 911 GT3 Touring.

Prithviraj’s Multi-crore Car Collection

BMW 760 Li xDrive V12

Apart from the newly bought Porsche, the actor late last year bought himself a BMW 7-Series. Now, this 7-Series is not a standard model. Rather, it is the 760 Li xDrive variant, which comes powered by a massive V12 engine. It is priced around Rs 2.46 crore.

Its 6592 cc, twin-turbocharged V12 petrol engine generates 600 Bhp and 850 Nm of peak torque. And it comes mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. The “Li” designation signifies that this car comes equipped with a hybrid system.

Lamborghini Urus

The actor used to own a Lamborghini Huracan supercar in his collection, which was worth upwards of Rs 3 crore. However, he then traded this supercar for a used Lamborghini Urus. Like his Huracan, his Urus is also finished in black.

Mercedes Benz G63 AMG

Like his Urus, the actor also bought himself a used Mercedes Benz G-Wagen, more specifically the G63 variant. The new car costs around Rs 2.45 crore. He has opted for the VIP registration number “0001” for his SUV.

Classic Land Rover Defender

As part of his exquisite collection, the actor also owns a previous generation Land Rover Defender. This particular model is a 2012 model which was recently fully restored for the actor. It has been equipped with Kahn Design wheels and a stunning grey paint job.

Range Rover Vogue 3.0

Back in 2019, the actor also bought himself a Rs 2.45 crore Range Rover Vogue 3.0. It was the previous generation model. It came powered by a 3-liter, V6 turbocharged diesel engine. This motor generated 258 bhp of peak power and 600 Nm of peak torque.

Mini Cooper JCW

Apart from his big SUVs and his luxury saloon, he also owns a Rs 45 lakh Mini Cooper JCW. This sports hatchback comes powered by a 2.0 liter turbocharged petrol engine. This powerplant generates 234 PS and 320 Nm of peak torque. It comes mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission.
