The brand is offering discount of Rs. 30,000 on the base trim, Rs. 60,000 on the mid variants and benefits of up to Rs. 1.4 lakh on the strong hybrid trims. Additionally, the strong hybrid trims now come with a 5 year warranty as standard. However, the host does not mention up to how many kilometers the warranty is valid.

After talking about the discounts, the host shows us the walk around of the Zeta Plus Strong Hybrid variant of the Grand Vitara. He adds that according to him this is the most value for money variant of the SUV if you want the hybrid version. He feels that the top end Alpha Plus trim is very expensive. The interior of this trim is fully loaded with features such as a big panoramic sunroof, 10.25-inch infotainment system with wireless connectivity, auto AC, cruise control, push button start, electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs, soft touch dashboard, steering mounted multimedia controls, leather wrapped doors, three adjustable headrests in the 2nd row, 60:40 split seat, and more.

The price for the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara starts at Rs. 10.99 lakh and goes up to Rs. 20.09 lakh. The Zeta Plus Hybrid trim is priced at Rs. 18.43 lakh for the monotone version and Rs. 18.59 lakh for the dual tone version. Please note that all the prices mentioned are ex-showroom.

The Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara is offered with two engine options: a 1.5-litre petrol mild-hybrid unit and a 1.5-litre petrol strong-hybrid unit. The mild hybrid engine produces about 103 PS of power and 137 Nm of torque.

On the other hand, the strong hybrid engine produces 93 PS of power and 141 Nm of torque. A CNG powertrain option is also available which delivers a reduced power output of 88 PS and 122 Nm torque.

The mild-hybrid unit can be mated to a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission while the strong-hybrid is only offered with an e-CVT gearbox. The Grand Vitara is also offered with all-wheel drive but only on the top-spec mild-hybrid manual variant.
