Even after the launch of the all-new Mahindra Scorpio-N, the company has not discontinued the previous generation Scorpio in India. This is because the Scorpio Classic is still very near and dear to Indian SUV lovers. Recently, showing off the most crazily modified Mahindra Scorpio Classic, a video has been shared online. This particular Scorpio Classic gets massive 33-inch tyres, alloy wheels, a 2-inch lift, and an extremely expensive music system. The owner tells that the total cost of modifications of this SUV is around Rs. 10 lakh.
Mahindra Scorpio Classic with Rs. 10 lakh mods
This video of the insanely modified Mahindra Scorpio Classic has come courtesy of Small Town Rider from YouTube. The vlogger starts off by introducing the Scorpio Classic and its owner. He states that this particular SUV has already been featured on his channel.
However, this time around, the owner has changed a lot of things and has made it more rugged-looking and capable than before. Following the introduction, the presenter then asks the owner of the car about all the modifications done on this Scorpio Classic.
Exterior modifications
The owner of the car starts at the front and mentions that the front grille has been replaced with a honeycomb pattern grille and gets additional horns behind it.
Next up, he states that all of the chrome and brushed silver parts of the car have been finished in black to give it a “Mafia” look. Moving on, the presenter then highlights that the owner has added Gold Rally GR 40X auxiliary lights which cost Rs. 21,000 for a pair.
He also adds that the lights inside the headlights have also been changed.
Next up, the owner of the car highlights the main modification of this Scorpio Classic which is its massive alloy wheels. He states that the car has been given 20X12 dual-tone Prestige alloy wheels.
He also adds that these alloy wheels have been wrapped around in 33-inch rugged terrain tyres. He mentions that this is the only Mahindra Scorpio Classic in Jammu to have this set of alloy wheels and tyre setup.
The owner also highlights that the car has been given a 2-inch lift as well. Next up, the presenter shows the rear end of the car. He highlights that it gets new LED taillights.
Interior modifications
After showing the complete exterior design and listing all the modifications, the presenter then moves to the interior of the car. He states that it gets leather seat covers, ambient lighting, a new velvet headliner, and a few other upgrades.
Following this, he starts talking about the main highlight of the interior or the car in general which is its extremely high-powered music system. The owner highlights that he has added two new subwoofers from Hammer Tech, 2 mono amps, and a number of tweeters and speakers throughout the cabin.
He also mentions that to run the entire system, a brand-new 150 ampere battery has been added. Finally, the presenter then gives a glimpse of the audio experience from this insane system. He mentions that the total cost of modifications on this car is around Rs. 10 lakh.
