Old Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Modified With Imported Body Kit And Alloy Wheels Looks Smashing [Video]

As automakers constantly update their popular models, people who own older versions get the urge to sell them and upgrade their cars. However, sometimes, instead of selling their old vehicle, people add a few aftermarket modifications to their cars to make them look like different models. This is exactly what the owner of this 2019 Maruti Suzuki Ertiga MPV did. He was about to sell this MPV but then got it fully customized with a body kit and other modifications, making it look apart and reversing his decision of selling it.

This shop is based out of Navi Mumbai and has become immensely popular in the country for doing such modifications on popular Indian cars like the Ertiga, Hyundai Creta, Mahindra Scorpio-N, and others. In this video, the owner of the shop states that the owner of this 2019 Maruti Suzuki Ertiga was about to sell this MPV. He wanted to update to the 2024 model. However, his friend suggested him to get it modified instead of selling it, as it has only done 30,000 km.

Exterior modifications

Following this, the owner agreed and gave the car to Vig Auto Accessories for modifications. The presenter, after telling the story, starts with the modifications done on the side profile of this Ertiga. He states that this Ertiga has been given a set of brand-new 16-inch X-Line style alloy wheels. He adds that apart from these, the car has also been given this unique Indonesian body kit which comes in three colors. He adds that the side profile has been kept very clean with no additions like window visors.

Next up, he then moves to the front of the car. He starts by showing the newly added LED DRLs inside the headlights. The presenter states that these lights are programmable, and the colors of these lights can be changed. Apart from this, he states that the car has also been given a new grille. He highlights that this grille is a complete replacement grille and not a stick-on grille. Next, he shows the new front body kit extensions that add to the aggressive appearance of the car.

Following the front, he then shows the rear end of the car. He states that they have added the smoked LED taillights from the Maruti Suzuki XL6 to this Ertiga. Apart from this, they have also changed the rear panel and have replaced it with the new 2024 Ertiga ZXI panel. Lastly, he shows the newly added rear lower bumper extension, which is a part of the imported Indonesian body kit.

Interior modifications

Soon after showing the exterior modifications, the presenter starts with the interior of the car. He starts by showing the newly wrapped door pads in champagne gold along with the ambient lighting. He adds that the entire interior has been given champagne gold leather upholstery. The presenter mentions that the seats, dashboard, and pillars have all been wrapped in champagne gold leather. Apart from this, he adds that the top has been wrapped in black color, and many of the interior elements have been finished in a carbon fiber finish. Lastly, he shows the main highlight of the car, which is the carbon fiber D-Cut steering wheel.
