The official launch of the Honda Elevate is just around the corner, and in anticipation of its sales commencement, the SUV has begun to arrive at dealerships across the country. A unit of the Honda Elevate V variant, which is the second step up from the base-spec SV variant, was recently spotted at one of the dealerships. This sighting marks the first time the Honda Elevate V has been seen undisguised in the open, providing us with comprehensive details about what this variant of the SUV offers.
As depicted in the images, the Honda Elevate V comes in the Lunar Silver paint option. While it offers slightly fewer features compared to the top-spec ZX variant, this variant is still adequately equipped with elements such as LED projector headlamps featuring daytime running LEDs, comprehensive body cladding, body-coloured door handles and rearview mirrors, and LED tail lamps.
The Honda Elevate V does not come with alloy wheels, fog lamps, or roof rails that the top-spec ZX variant boasts. Instead, it features wheel caps for its steel wheels. The rearview mirrors on this variant are electrically adjustable but can only be folded manually. Additionally, they include integrated LED turn indicators.

Gets 8.0-inch touchscreen
Inside the cabin, the Honda Elevate V offers essential features such as an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as automatic climate control. The tilt-adjustable steering wheel includes audio and Bluetooth controls, and the variant also includes a push start-stop button, 60:40 split rear seats, a rear defogger, and dual front airbags.
However, the Elevate V does not include side and curtain airbags, an ADAS system, the larger 10-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, or the 7-inch TFT screen in the instrument console found in the ZX variant. It also features a different dual-tone black and beige fabric upholstery, as opposed to the dual-tone black and tan leather upholstery seen in the ZX variant.
Under the hood, the Honda Elevate V is powered by the standard 1.5-litre four-cylinder naturally-aspirated petrol engine. With an ARAI-claimed fuel efficiency of up to 16.92 kmpl, this engine generates 121 PS of maximum power and 145 Nm of peak torque. Among the Elevate lineup, this variant is the most affordable one to offer the optional CVT transmission, in addition to the standard 6-speed manual gearbox available across the range.
Honda is set to announce the prices for all Elevate SUV variants on September 4th, 2023. This new midsize SUV will compete against other popular models in the market, including the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq, MG Astor, and the upcoming Citroen C3 Aircross.
