Millionaire Boby Chemmanur’s Ford F650 makes the Toyota Hilux look like a toy: Images

Kerala-based millionaire businessman Boby Chemmanur is always in the news for one thing or another. He recently made headlines for importing a massive Ford F650 super truck from Dubai to India via Carnet. Several videos and images of this huge pickup truck are circulating on the internet. We even witnessed people attacking the truck after it created a traffic jam in Kerala. Now, we have a new set of images that once again show how big this SUV is. The Ford F650, parked next to a Toyota Hilux, makes it look like a toy.

The images were shared by Car Crazy India on their Instagram page. Mr. Boby Chemmanur’s Ford F650 is now a common sight on the streets of Kochi, Kerala. This super truck was recently spotted in the Pachalam area of Kochi, Ernakulam. Behind this black beast is a Toyota Hilux. It is a brand new Toyota Hilux, as we do not see any registration number on the truck. The difference in size between both trucks is quite evident in the pictures. The Toyota Hilux actually looks tiny in front of this super truck. Also Read: Boby Chemmanur’s Ford F650 Super Duty Pick Up Truck vs Toyota Hilux: Street Presence Compared On Video

F650 next to Hilux

It should be noted that the Toyota Hilux is one of the biggest pickup trucks one can buy in India. It is 5,325 mm long, 1,855 mm wide, and 1,815 mm tall. The Hilux is half the size of the F650. In the same set of images, we see the F650 next to a Tata 407 truck on the road. The F650 is so huge and wide that it takes up all the space on its side of the lane. Even the 407 truck looks small in front of this mammoth pickup truck. One user wrote, “This is actually a different class of vehicle; comparing it with the Hilux, I think, is not justified.” Another user wrote, “Our eternal brother in Christ BoChe knows the value of Powerstroke diesel power.”

When this truck was imported to India, we saw an image where the truck was parked next to a Mahindra XUV700 SUV. A video of Boby Chemmanur standing and dancing on the roof of this truck had gone viral on the internet. Driving a truck like this on the road is quite a task, especially in India. In Kerala, roads are not very wide, making things a lot more challenging. We saw a video where the F650 SUV created a traffic jam on a mountain road. People were so angry that some of them even tried to vandalize the car and attack the driver.

We have seen several Ford F150s and Raptors imported to India, but this is probably the first time we have an F650 super truck in India. The truck is so tall that there are multiple steps to get into the cabin. It is available with both petrol and diesel engine options. The petrol version of this pickup truck is powered by a 7.3-liter V8 engine that generates 350 PS and 635 Nm of torque. The diesel version of the truck uses a 6.7-liter V8 engine that generates 330 PS and 1,015 Nm of peak torque.
