As promised, Mahindra has started delivering their all-new SUV, the XUV 3XO. The first set of images of the deliveries has already started surfacing online. Mahindra themselves have shared the images. The images released by Mahindra are from Chennai and Bangalore. However, deliveries for this SUV have commenced across India.

In the images shared by Mahindra Automotive on their X profile, we see Australian cricketer Matthew Hayden and Gul Panag being part of the delivery ceremony. Matthew Hayden and Gul Panag have been associated with the Mahindra brand for a long time. Matthew Hayden is, in fact, the brand ambassador for Mahindra in Australia.
Gul Panag also owns several Mahindra SUVs and loves the outdoors. Gul Panag was handing over the keys to customers in Bangalore, while Matthew Hayden was attending the ceremony in Chennai. We see families posing with the celebrities and dealership staff while taking delivery of their new SUV.
The Mahindra XUV 3XO received an overwhelming response from customers, mainly due to the aggressive pricing. The price for a brand new Mahindra XUV 3XO starts at Rs 7.49 lakh, ex-showroom, and goes up to Rs 15.49 lakh, ex-showroom. It looks like Mahindra has started delivering the higher variants of the XUV 3XO and will later start delivering the less expensive variants.

The booking for the SUV started on 15 May 2024. Within 60 minutes, the SUV received over 1 lakh bookings. The first 27,000 bookings were recorded in just 10 minutes. The XUV 3XO is actually a heavily facelifted version of their XUV 300 SUV. The exterior and interior of the SUV have been revised in such a manner that it looks like a brand-new SUV.
The XUV 3XO gets a very different-looking front fascia. It is different from any other car in this segment. The SUV comes with C-shaped LED DRLs, projector LED headlamps, front parking sensors, a 360-degree camera, redesigned alloy wheels, and redesigned tail lamps with an LED connecting bar.
The interior of the SUV features ice grey and black dual-tone combinations. The lower variants will have a different theme. There are several segment-first features offered with the XUV 3XO too. For example, this is the only SUV in the segment to offer Level 2 ADAS features. Its rivals, like the Hyundai Venue and Kia Sonet, only offer Level 1 ADAS.
The Mahindra XUV 3XO also comes with a panoramic sunroof, which is not seen in any other SUV in the segment. Other features include a fully digital instrument cluster, a large 10.35-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, leatherette upholstery, dual-zone climate control, and more.
The Mahindra XUV 3XO is available with three different engine options. There are two turbo petrol engine options and a turbo diesel engine on offer. There is a 1.2-liter turbocharged engine that generates 110 PS and 200 Nm of peak torque.
The other petrol version uses a 1.2-liter turbocharged engine that generates 130 PS and 230 Nm of peak torque. The 1.5-liter turbocharged diesel engine generates 115 PS and 300 Nm of peak torque. The petrol versions are available with manual and 6-speed automatic transmissions. The diesel is available with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed AMT gearbox option.
