Maruti Suzuki Ertiga transformed into Black Dark Sports Edition [Video]

One of the best-selling MPVs in India is the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga. The company dispatches around 10,000-12,000 units of this MPV every month. A lot of people also like to modify this MPV according to their preference, and there are a ton of aftermarket parts available for it. Recently, a video of one such fully customized Maruti Suzuki Ertiga has been shared online. This particular Ertiga has been transformed into a Black Dark Sports Edition model.

Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Modifications

This video of the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga modification has been shared on YouTube by Vig Auto Accessories. The presenter of the video starts off with the introduction of the car. He mentions that the owner of the car, soon after taking delivery, brought his car to their shop. The owner of the shop states that it is the top-of-the-line ZXI variant, and the black color is a sort of Maruti Suzuki’s black edition.

Exterior Modifications: Side and front

Following the introduction, he starts at the side profile of the vehicle. The first modification done on this car is the addition of the side skirt, which is a part of an imported Indonesian body kit that has been added to this car. The owner states that this kit comes available in three different colors – Black, silver, and satin. Apart from it, the side profile also has been given a sporty decal.

The presenter then talks about the main highlight of the side profile, which is the addition of the new 16-inch GT Line diamond-cut alloy wheels. He states that from the company, the Ertiga ZXI variant comes equipped with multi-spoke diamond-cut alloy wheels, but they are 15 inches in size. Next up, he moves to the front of the car where he mentions that the car has been given a brand new front grille.

He mentions that this grille is a complete replacement grille and offers a unique and sporty appearance. The presenter then mentions that they have also added new custom headlights which have been blacked out. These headlights also have been given two projector lenses along with configurable LED DRLs of which the color can be changed. Another addition to the front is the addition of the Indonesian body kit’s front lower bumper. He states that this bumper gives the car an extremely aggressive appearance.

Rear

After the front, the presenter moves to the rear end of the car. He states that the rear as well gets new taillights. The car gets a seven-piece infinity LED taillights set which gets a connectivity light in the middle. Apart from this, the car has also been given a new rear bumper as part of the Indonesian body kit. It has also been given a double bubble roof spoiler as well.

Interior Modifications

Following the exterior modifications, the presenter shows the interior of the car. The complete interior has been given a makeover, states the presenter, as he shows the newly added leather door panels finished in beige and brown color along with active ambient lighting. He then shows the seat cover finished in the same brown leather along with similarly themed mats.

The presenter also shows the dashboard of the car and states that the main highlight is the carbon fiber D-Cut leather-wrapped steering which has also been given carbon fiber trims. He added that to give the interior a sporty feel they have also added carbon fiber trims. Lastly, he adds that the music system has been kept the same but they have added dampening to the doors and have also added Sony ES series speakers on all doors.
