Skoda India is offering attractive discounts on some variants of their popular cars: Slavia and Kushaq. This discount is valid only until midnight on March 24, 2024. These discounts, ranging from Rs 71,000 to a substantial Rs 3.23 lakh, are applicable on select variants of both models, including certain 2023 and 2024 model year vehicles.

The Kushaq, a key player in Skoda’s lineup in the Indian market, is being offered with benefits ranging from Rs 1.99 lakh to Rs 3.23 lakh, depending on the variant and colour selected. Buyers opting for the 1.0 TSI engine can avail discounts between Rs 2.13 lakh and Rs 3.23 lakh, while those choosing the 1.5 TSI variant can enjoy benefits ranging from Rs 1.99 lakh to Rs 2.86 lakh.

Moving to the Slavia, discounts are slightly lower compared to the Kushaq but still substantial. The 1.0 TSI variants attract benefits ranging from Rs 71,000 to Rs 2.74 lakh, while the 1.5 TSI variants offer discounts between Rs 2.07 lakh and Rs 2.95 lakh.

The engines on both these cars are identical, and so are the gearboxes. Both engines are turbocharged, and feature direct injection, but it’s only the bigger engine that gets active cylinder active deactivation technology.

The 1 liter-3 cylinder TSI petrol makes 118 Bhp-175 Nm while the 1.5 liter-4 cylinder motor makes 148 Bhp-250 Nm. The 1 liter engine gets 6 speed manual and torque converter automatic transmissions while the 1.5 liter engine gets 6 speed manual and 7 speed twin clutch automatic gearbox options.
