Tamil Movie Star Vijay’s Toyota Innova HyCross Damaged In Fan Frenzy At Kerala [Video]

Vijay, also known as Thalapathy Vijay is one of the most popular actors from the Tamil movie industry. He is not just popular in Tamil Nadu but has fans spread across neighbouring states too. Vijay recently visited Kerala for the shoot of one of his upcoming movies, and things didn’t go as planned. The actor used a Toyota Innova HyCross to travel from the airport. When fans found out about the actor’s visit, they gathered in huge numbers, and in the frenzy, the Innova HyCross got damaged.

The video has been shared by Mervin Raj on his Twitter profile. In this video, we see the Toyota Innova HyCross MPV used by the actor to reach the location of the movie. The driver-side window of the MPV is shattered, and similarly, the driver-side door is also damaged. We see some minor damages on the front bumper as well. Other than this, there multiple dents all around the vehicle.

We still don’t know how the glass on the MPV broke. It is quite possible that people were leaning on the glass of the car in excitement. From the videos that are surfacing online, it does look like something like that. The car was actually able to move forward extremely slowly. It was moving a couple of inches every 10 seconds.

The crowd on the road was unreal, and in this excitement, people got carried away and completely forgot about their surroundings. We also see someone on a two-wheeler screaming Vijay’s name and recording a video while he is waving to his fans from the moving car. It is quite possible that one such two-wheeler that got too close to the car crashed into the door and broke the window glass.

This is definitely not the right way to greet a person. The video shows cops trying their best to disperse the crowd, but they are outnumbered by the number of fans. Actor Vijay was returning to Kerala after 14 years for the shoot of his upcoming movie.

He was there to shoot the climax portions of his movie “The Greatest Of All Time” (GOAT). We are not sure if Vijay was impressed with this behavior. The car does not belong to him. It was probably arranged for the actor by someone from the production team.
