Prior to the official launch of the highly anticipated Tata Punch EV, the company has started dispatching it to dealerships across the country. Recently, a few real-life pictures of this new electric micro-SUV have been shared online. The pictures show the all-new exterior design of the Punch EV. They also display the fully revamped interior with the new two-spoke steering, 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment screen, and a number of new features.

The pictures of the Tata Punch EV arriving at a Tata dealership have been shared online by Team-BHP. The first picture shows the right profile of the Tata Punch EV, and it can be noted that the car will come with a set of diamond-cut alloy wheels that look very futuristic. The center of these wheels is finished in high gloss black, and the ends have horizontal lines with the diamond-cut finish. This particular Punch EV was seen finished in the shade of Pristine white with the dual-tone color option where the top half of the car was high gloss black.

Apart from the exterior picture, a few pictures showing the interior of this hotly anticipated EV have also been shared. The first interior picture shows a leather-wrapped center armrest placed between the two front passenger seats. It also shows the high gloss black finish on the center console area, which has two cup holders and a small rectangular storage cubby as well. Apart from this, the main highlight of this picture is the new electronic parking brake along with the Auto hold button. We can also see the bejeweled rotary dial in front of these two buttons.

The next picture shows the top portion of the car, which has the control for the new electric sunroof. The car will come with a single-pane electric sunroof on top. Apart from this, the lights for the airbags and illumination light for the interior can also be noted. In addition, the car will also come with the new SOS button as well. The third picture gives us the look of the sunroof.

Punch EV will get a two-spoke steering wheel

The fourth and final picture shows the overall dashboard layout of the new Punch EV. From the picture, it can be noted that the car has been given a number of new features over its ICE counterpart. The main highlight of this new interior is the addition of the two-spoke steering wheel with the illuminated Tata logo. It can be noted that the steering wheel has also been wrapped in dual-tone leather where the inner part is finished in a lighter beige-white color, and the outer portion is finished in black.

Next up, we can note that the car will also come with a brand-new 10.25-inch digital instrument gauge cluster which will display all the essential information needed by the driver. This display has already been seen on the new Tata Nexon EV, Safari, and Harrier facelifts and a few other cars. Apart from this, another significant highlight of the interior of the Punch EV is the addition of a 10.25-inch floating touchscreen infotainment screen at the center. It will come with wireless Android Auto and Apple Carplay along with a ton of other important features. The car will also get touch-based HVAC control as seen on other new Tata cars.

The exact powertrain details of the Tata Punch EV have also not been revealed as of yet. However, it has been revealed that it will come with two battery pack options, which will be its MR (medium range) and LR (long range) options. The MR could come with a 25 kWh battery; meanwhile, the LR could come with a 35 kWh battery. The range on both models could be around 330 km and 460 km, respectively.
