YouTuber uses coins to buy 1 crore rupee Porsche Boxster sports car [Video]

Last year, we witnessed a trend in which people were buying their dream bikes using coins they had saved for years. People were purchasing bikes like KTM and even scooters. However, there were cases where individuals went a step further and bought cars, like the Maruti Eeco, using coins. This year, no such incidents have come to our attention so far.

A YouTuber took this trend to a new level by deciding to purchase a sports car using coins. The entire incident was recorded on video to capture the dealership owner’s reaction. Crazy XYZ uploaded the video on their YouTube channel.

In the video, the YouTuber and their friends embarked on a plan they had been scheming for a long time: buying a sports car. They eventually found a used luxury car dealer who had the car they desired. Initially, they informed the dealer that they would make the payment through a bank transaction, which the dealer agreed to. They finalized the car choice, and the necessary paperwork was completed.

Unbeknownst to the dealer, the vlogger had a surprise twist in store — they were planning to use coins to buy the car. They had so many coins that they had to fold the third-row seats of a Tata Safari to accommodate them all. The coins were organized in several baskets and sacks for easier transportation. The vlogger clarified that this wasn’t the entire payment; it was just a portion. The YouTuber and their friends set off for the dealership in a couple of cars.

Upon reaching the dealership, the YouTuber engaged in a conversation with the dealer that also touched on the payment details. The car was parked elsewhere, and the vlogger wanted to see it. Once again, they discussed the payment, and this time, the vlogger inquired if it was acceptable to make part of the payment at the dealership. The dealer agreed, and the vlogger and their friends headed to the car to retrieve the baskets, one after another.

The dealership owner couldn’t believe what was unfolding. He had only seen such scenarios in videos and initially believed it was a prank. Upon realizing it was real, he began counting the coins. Despite spending hours on the task, they couldn’t even count a fraction of the coins. Frustrated, the car dealership owner even offered to deliver the car before finishing the coin count. After a while, they asked the dealership staff to move the coins to a separate room for counting.

Subsequently, the YouTuber and their friends proceeded to a nearby farmhouse, where they took delivery of the Porsche Boxster 718. Although the video did not mention the exact price at which the vlogger purchased the used Boxster, a brand-new model would cost around Rs 1.52 crore, ex-showroom. This sports car is equipped with a 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine that produces 295 Bhp and 380 Nm of peak torque. It is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission, and power is sent exclusively to the rear wheels.
